As noted on your Reservation Form, any deposit made above will be held in escrow until ten (10) business days before your Charter Fishing Group Trip Arrival Date. If you are the individual noted on the Reservation Form as CFB # 1, you , and you alone, as CFB # 1, may cancel your entire Group Reservation and claim a full refund with no penalty as long as your cancellation notice is received in writing by e-mail at least ten days prior to your Fishing Group Charter Trip Arrival Date.

Partial cancellations for one (1) or more CFBs listed on your Reservation Form are also available on the same terms as described above.  However, refunds will only be made to CFB # 1 only.  No exceptions.
